Refund & Ticket Policy

All Sales Final

All ticket, VIP table deposit, and bottle pre-order purchases are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable. We do not issue refunds for change of mind, missed events, weather, lineup changes, travel issues, or any other reason. By completing checkout you are confirming you accept these terms in full.

Authorized Purchases

At checkout we record the exact terms you agree to, the date and time of your acknowledgment, your IP address, your device, the billing address verified by your card issuer, and your phone number. We also email you a confirmation immediately. If you did not authorize a charge, you must reply to that confirmation email within 24 hours so we can resolve it directly.

Before You Dispute a Charge

If something is wrong with your order, contact us first at zodiacmanagementybor@gmail.com. We respond to every email and can almost always resolve issues without involving your bank.

Filing a chargeback with your bank without first contacting us is a violation of these terms. When this happens we will submit the following to your bank as evidence: your signed acknowledgment, the timestamp, your IP address, your device, your billing address, your phone number, the confirmation email, and your ticket entry/scan record. Customers who dispute valid charges in bad faith are banned from all future Zodiac Tampa events and may be referred for collections.

Identification & Entry

Zodiac Tampa is a 21+ venue. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. Entry may be denied for intoxication, dress code, or capacity reasons. No refunds are issued for denied entry.

VIP Tables & Bottle Deposits

VIP table reservations require a 20% deposit of the table minimum. Bottle pre-orders require a 50% deposit. Deposits apply to your final tab at the venue. The remaining balance plus 20% gratuity and applicable tax is due at the venue on the night of the event. Deposits are non-refundable.

Event Cancellation

If Zodiac Tampa cancels an event outright (not postpones, not modifies, not changes lineup), ticket holders will be offered a refund of the ticket face value. Service fees, deposits applied at the venue, and any third-party costs are non-refundable.
